Run Build My Box for your new pet to get their own daily amount and plan, or add the pet in your dashboard under My Pets. If you'd like them in the same box as your other pet, message us and we'll set it up.
Log in to your Soluky account first. Every plan change lives in My Plans. Open My Pets
Option 1: Build My Box (recommended)
- Open Build My Box and answer the questions for your new pet: species, name, weight, body shape, activity and sensitivities.
- Already signing up a first pet? The quiz says: Have more than one pet? We'll come back for the others after this one.
- Review the plan with the daily amount, recipes and price, then check out.
Option 2: your dashboard
- Go to My Pets and add your new pet.
- Fill in the profile. Accurate weight and activity mean accurate portions.
- When you save, you can choose a Plan Type (Full Fresh or Half Fresh) and a Duration, then Create Subscription for that pet.
One box for several pets
Plans can cover more than one pet, for example a box for Luna and Max, with a set number of packs for each. To add your new pet to an existing box instead of starting a separate plan, message us on WhatsApp (+966 56 748 1781) and we'll update it before your next renewal.
Have a plan with no pet linked to it? Your dashboard may ask you to Link a Pet to This Plan with the pet's name, type, gender and neutered status. This helps us keep portions right.
