Step 1: Your companion

Choose Dog or Cat, then enter your pet's name and your email. Use the email you plan to check out with, so everything stays in one account.

Step 2: Your goal

Pick what matters most right now: Healthy weight, More energy & vitality, Picky eater, Better skin & coat, Sensitive stomach or Overall wellness.

Step 3: About your pet

Tell us your pet's gender, whether they are neutered or spayed, their birth date and their breed. Breed is optional, and mixed breeds are very welcome.

Step 4: Weight

Enter your pet's weight in kilograms. As the quiz says, an estimate is totally fine. Tips for weighing at home are in Build My Box questions explained.

Step 5: Body shape

Choose the shape that looks most like your pet today: Underweight, Athletic, Standard, Chubby or Overweight. Two pets of the same weight can carry it very differently, so this helps fine-tune the portion.

Step 6: Activity level

From a relaxed couch companion to a highly active pet. Choose what reflects a typical week, not your busiest day.

Step 7: Sensitivities

Choose None, or tell us if your pet must avoid Chicken, Beef, Lamb or Fish. Always double-check the full ingredients on each product page too: every dog meal contains fish oil, and Purrfect Fish contains chicken liver.

Step 8: Delivery city

Choose Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah or Other city. Your city decides the delivery fee and delivery time.

What happens next
