1. Tell us about your pet
Build My Box asks about your pet's goal, age, weight, body shape, activity, sensitivities and your delivery city. It then shows the recommended daily amount in grams, the recipes that suit your pet and the price. Have more than one pet? You can add them all to the same order. See Build My Box, step by step.
2. Choose your plan
Pick Subscribe & Save (about 15% off every order, delivered every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks) or a one-time order with no commitment. Not sure which recipe? A Trial Box has them all.
3. Check out
Delivery is calculated from your city. Payment is online only: card (mada, Visa, Mastercard) or Apple Pay, plus STC Pay and Tabby on one-time orders. There is no cash on delivery. Your account is created automatically with your email. If something gets in the way, see Problems at checkout.
4. We cook, 5. we deliver
Your order enters our kitchen within 24 hours, is prepared fresh, frozen and packed in insulated packaging. Our delivery partners use temperature-controlled vehicles, and the courier contacts you before delivery. See What happens after you order.
6. Thaw and serve
Put meals and broths straight in the freezer. Thaw one pack in the fridge for 12 hours, keep it at 3°C to 8°C once thawed and use it within 4 days. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed, never hot. Switching from another food? Mix gradually: dogs over 7 days, cats over 14 days. See Your first week and our transition guide.
7. Manage your plan
Subscriptions renew automatically. We email you 1 day before every renewal with a Skip button, a Pause option and a link to adjust your box. You can skip, pause, change or cancel any time before the renewal payment is taken, from your dashboard. Each renewal has its own delivery fee based on your city.
