Soluky meals, treats and broths are fresh, perishable food prepared to order for your pet and kept chilled from our kitchen to your door. Once an order enters production we cannot restock it, resell it or accept it back into our food chain. Our cancellation and refund terms below reflect that.
Changing or cancelling an order. You may change or cancel an order only before it has been processed. An order is considered processed once payment is confirmed and the order has entered our kitchen production and packing schedule, which happens within twenty four (24) hours of the order being placed. After an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. This applies to the items, the quantities, the delivery address and the delivery date. Subscriptions and renewals. You can skip, pause, reschedule or cancel a subscription at any time before its renewal payment is taken, from My Account or by contacting us. We email you ahead of every renewal so you have time to make changes. Once a renewal payment has been taken and the order processed, it is treated like any other processed order and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Right of withdrawal. Under the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations, the consumer’s right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to goods prepared to the consumer’s own specification, or to goods that are perishable or quick to expire. Soluky fresh meals, treats and broths are perishable food prepared to order and therefore fall within that exception.
If something is wrong with your order. Your satisfaction still comes first. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incomplete or incorrect, tell us within forty eight (48) hours of delivery and send a photo where you can. We will replace the affected items at no extra cost, or refund them where a replacement is not possible. We do not offer exchanges, only a direct replacement of the affected product, so that the process stays quick and hassle free for all our customers.
Refunds. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original method of payment. Your bank or card issuer normally takes 7 to 14 business days to post it to your account.
Health and public safety. Any request to change, cancel or return goods that raises a food safety or public health concern will be rejected, because chilled food cannot re-enter our supply chain once it has left our control.
