Is the 15% autoship discount only for the first order?

No. It applies to every autoship order for as long as you stay subscribed. You can skip, pause or cancel before any renewal from your dashboard.

Who can order a trial box?

Trial boxes are for trying Soluky for the first time, so they are limited to one per customer. You will need to log in or create an account to order one.

How does the referral offer work?

Log in and open Refer and Earn in your dashboard to get your personal link. When a friend orders through it, they get 50% off their first order and you receive a 30% off code for your next order.

Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes, including referral codes, are single-use and cannot be combined with another code on the same order.

Is there a newsletter offer?

Yes. Join our newsletter from the pop-up on the site and we will email you a code for 20% off your first order.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is charged by city and shown at checkout before you pay. Every order arrives chilled in insulated packaging.
