Step by step
- Go to My Plans and find the plan you want to change.
- Tap Change Delivery frequency on the plan card.
- Pick the new frequency from the list: Every week, Every 2 weeks or Every 4 weeks.
- Tap Confirm Change.
- A second message tells you this will recalculate your next renewal date. Confirm to finish.
What happens next
- Your recurring quantities and total update to match the new frequency, so your pet gets the same daily amount. A 4-week box holds more packs than a weekly one.
- Your next renewal date is recalculated. Check it on your plan.
- One-time items you added stay in your upcoming order only and are not charged on future renewals.
Which frequency suits you?

Each delivery has its own fee: 45 SAR in Riyadh, 113.85 SAR in other cities for boxes up to 10 kg. Over 4 weeks in Riyadh that is 180 SAR weekly, 90 SAR every 2 weeks, or 45 SAR every 4 weeks.
Cut-off: make changes before the renewal payment is taken. Once a renewal is paid, that box goes into production and can't be changed, skipped or cancelled.
