Subscribe & Save delivers your pet's food on a schedule you choose and takes about 15% off every order, not just the first. You can skip, pause, change or cancel any time before a renewal payment is taken, with no fees.
What you get
- About 15% off every order, every time.
- Your schedule: weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. When we say monthly, we mean every 4 weeks.
- Mix and match: most subscribers rotate two or three recipes, and you can add treats and bone broths.
- A reminder before every renewal: we email you 1 day before, with Skip and Pause options and a link to adjust your box.
- No commitment: no minimum number of boxes and no cancellation fee.

Step by step: start a subscription
- Run Build My Box (recommended). It works out your pet's daily amount and suggests recipes and a box.
- Or open any product page and choose Subscribe & Save, then pick a Delivery frequency: Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Every 4 weeks.
- Tap Add to basket and check out. Subscriptions can be paid by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard) or Apple Pay.
Add to basket buttons start on One-time purchase. Make sure Subscribe & Save is selected before you add the item.
What happens on each renewal
- On your renewal date we take the payment and your box goes into production. It is made to order.
- Riyadh deliveries usually arrive within 24 hours; other cities take 2 to 3 business days.
- Each renewal has its own delivery fee based on your city (45 SAR in Riyadh).
