On this page
Open My Plans, tap Skip next on your plan card and confirm with Skip Order. Your next renewal date moves forward and your subscription stays active.

Step by step

  1. Go to My Plans (on a phone it is in the bottom bar).
  2. Find the plan for the pet whose box you want to skip.
  3. Tap Skip next on the plan card. The Skip this Order window opens and asks you to confirm.
  4. Tap Skip Order. Tap Cancel if you change your mind.

What happens next

  • That box is not made or charged.
  • Your next renewal date is pushed forward. Check the new date on your plan in My Plans.
  • Your subscription stays active, and we will email you 1 day before the new renewal date as usual.

Cut-off: make changes before the renewal payment is taken. Once a renewal is paid, that box goes into production and can't be changed, skipped or cancelled.

Other ways to skip

  • From the reminder email: we email you 1 day before every renewal. Tap Skip, then confirm on the page that opens. Nothing changes until you confirm.
  • From your next order: tap Edit recipes on the plan card, then Skip this order.
  • On WhatsApp: message us on WhatsApp (+966 56 748 1781) with your name and order or subscription number.

Need a specific date rather than a skip? Change your renewal date instead. Away for a while? Pause your subscription. Always have food left over? Space out your deliveries.

Have more than one plan? Each plan is skipped separately, so repeat the steps for every plan you want to skip.
