Congratulations! You can add your new pet to your account so they get their own profile and portions, then add them to a plan. Switch them over to Soluky gradually, just like your first pet.
1. Add your new pet
Run Build My Box for your new pet (it takes under 2 minutes) or add them from your dashboard. Their daily amount is calculated from their own weight, age, body shape and activity. Full steps in Add a pet.
2. Choose their recipes
- Dogs and cats need their own recipes: dog meals for dogs, cat meals for cats.
- Not sure where to start? See Which recipe to start with.
- Known sensitivities? Check Allergies and sensitivities.
- Want to try before committing? A Trial Box lets them try every recipe.
3. Switch them over gently
New pets are often settling into a new home, so take the food change slowly. Follow our transition guide:
- Switching your dog: about 7 days.
- Switching your cat: about 14 days.
- Picky or sensitive? Take a gentle 21-day switch.
Puppy or kitten?
Our meals are complete and balanced, and portions change quickly as they grow, so update their weight often. See Puppies and kittens.

Keep each pet's food separate at mealtimes, especially a dog and a cat: cats need cat meals.
