Share your personal link from the Refer & Earn tab in your dashboard. Your friend gets 50% off their first order, and when they order you get a 30% reward on your next order.
How it works
| Your friend | You | |
|---|---|---|
| Reward | 50% off their first order | A 30% reward on your next order |
| When | On their first order, using your link | Once your friend's order goes through |
| Coupon valid for | 30 days | 90 days |
Your referral link is in your dashboard. Open My Account
- Open Refer & Earn in your dashboard (on a phone, under More).
- Under Referral link, tap Copy Link, or share it straight away with the WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter or E-mail buttons.
- Send it to a friend who is new to Soluky.
- Your friend opens your link and places their first order with 50% off.
What happens next
Once your friend's order goes through, your reward appears in Refer & Earn under My rewards (Rewards, Coupons, Used & Expired Coupons). Use it on your next order within 90 days. Recent Activities shows your referrals, and Ways to earn rewards explains the current programme.
The rules
- For genuinely new customers only.
- Self-referrals are blocked, for example ordering with a new email but the same phone number.
- Referral coupons can't be combined with other discount codes.
- Each coupon has an expiry date: 30 days for your friend, 90 days for you.
Friends with a dog and a cat? Your link works for both. Suggest they start with Build My Box so their plan is tailored to their pet.
