If your box is delayed and you're running low, keep your pet's routine as normal as you can: use any Soluky packs you still have, then a complete food your pet already tolerates well, and avoid sudden big changes. Message us so we can sort out your delivery as quickly as possible.

What to do, in order

  1. Check the freezer and fridge. Any packs left? Move the next one to the fridge to thaw (about 12 hours). Never thaw on the counter.
  2. Use a food your pet already knows. If you still have their previous complete food and it agreed with them, use it for the gap.
  3. Keep changes gentle. If you can, mix what Soluky you have left with the other food over the days you're waiting, rather than switching all at once.
  4. Add appeal with broth. A splash of thawed Soluky bone broth can make a temporary food more tempting. Broth is a topper, not a full meal.
  5. Message us with your order number so we can follow up your delivery.

Avoid fatty leftovers and seasoned or spiced human food. They can upset your pet's stomach. If your pet has a medical condition or a vet-prescribed diet, ask your vet what to feed in the meantime.

When Soluky is back

If your pet has been on another food for more than a day or two, ease back onto Soluky over a few days. See switching your dog or switching your cat. A little loose stool after a sudden change can happen. If it continues or your pet seems unwell, see when to see a vet.

Stop it happening again
