What to do right now
- Check the fridge first. Is there a pack that has already thawed and is still within its 4 days? Use that.
- Move a pack to the fridge now. It needs about 12 hours, so it will be ready for a later meal.
- For this meal, use food your pet already handles well. If you are still switching, that's their previous food. One meal of familiar food is fine.
- Go back to Soluky as soon as the pack has thawed in the fridge.
Please don't thaw on the counter, in a sink of water or in the microwave. The outside of the pack warms up while the middle is still frozen. The fridge is the only thawing method we recommend.
Never forget again
- Link it to an evening habit you already have, like clearing up after dinner: "dinner done, pack down".
- Set a daily phone reminder for the same time each evening.
- Keep a buffer: always have the next day's pack thawing in the fridge, so one forgotten evening doesn't leave the bowl empty.
- Give the fridge a Soluky spot so you can see at a glance if it's empty.
Feeding a large dog several packs a day? Move a full day's packs together, so you only need to remember once.
Ran out of packs completely?
If the next box is still a few days away, see what to feed while you wait, and bring your next delivery forward with Change Renewal Date.
