At a glance
| Where | How long | Tips |
|---|---|---|
| Freezer (frozen solid) | Until the date printed on the pack | Use older packs first. |
| Fridge, after thawing (3 to 8 °C) | Use within 4 days | Count from the day it thawed. |
| Opened pack in the fridge | Same: within 4 days of thawing | Reseal it or move it to a covered container. |
| In the bowl | One meal | Pick up anything left after the meal. Don't leave it out. |
| Bone broths | Same as meals | Freezer, then fridge for up to 4 days once thawed. |
| Treats | Follow the pack | Keep sealed in a cool, dry place. |
Keep track the easy way
- Date it: write the thaw day on the pack with a marker when you move it to the fridge.
- First in, first out: new deliveries go to the back of the freezer.
- Thaw only what you need: one day's packs at a time, so nothing sits in the fridge too long.
Past 4 days in the fridge? Please throw it away. Refreezing does not extend the time, and we never recommend it.
When not to use a pack
Don't serve a pack if you're unsure it has been kept cold, if it smells off, or if it looks spoiled. Keep the pack, take a photo and message us with your order number on WhatsApp +966 56 748 1781 or [email protected].
Small differences in colour or texture between batches are natural: see why packs can look slightly different.
Regularly throwing food away? Your delivery rhythm may need adjusting: running low or have too much food.
