Go to Account → Billing in your dashboard, tap + Add new to save your new card, then tap Set default on it. You can then remove the old card with the bin icon.

Log in to your Soluky account. If you don't remember your password, use a password reset first. Open My Account

  1. In your dashboard, open Account from the menu (on a phone it's under More).
  2. Choose the Billing tab. Under Billing & Payments you'll see your Payment methods, each showing the last 4 digits and the expiry date.
  3. Tap + Add new (the button marked 1) and enter your new card details on the secure payment form.
  4. On the new card, tap Set default (the button marked 2). It will now show as Default.
  5. Optional: remove an old or expired card with the bin icon next to it.
Account → Billing: your saved payment methods. 1 = + Add new, 2 = Set default.

What happens next

Your default payment method is used for your upcoming subscription renewals. Nothing is charged when you add a card: you're only charged on your renewal date, as usual. If you'd like us to double-check which card your next renewal will use, message us on WhatsApp +966 56 748 1781.

When to update your card

  • Your card has expired or is about to expire.
  • Your bank replaced your card (lost, stolen or upgraded).
  • A renewal payment failed. Update your card, then pay the outstanding order. See My payment failed.

Update your card a few days before your renewal date so your next box isn't held up. You'll find the date in My Plans and in the reminder email we send 1 day before.

Subscriptions can only be paid by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard) or Apple Pay. STC Pay and Tabby can't be saved for renewals.
