Yes. Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment gateway. Soluky never sees or stores your full card number.
How your payment is protected
- Licensed gateway: your card details go to Moyasar's secure payment form, not to us.
- No full card numbers on our side: in your dashboard, saved cards only show the last 4 digits and the expiry date.
- Bank verification: your bank may ask you to confirm a payment with a one-time code (OTP), which adds another layer of protection.
- Apple Pay: payments are confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, and your card number isn't shared with us.
- Tabby and STC Pay: these payments are handled inside Tabby's and STC Pay's own secure flows.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a strong password you don't use elsewhere. You can change it in Account → Settings. See Change your details.
- Remove cards you no longer use from Account → Billing. See Update your card.
- Log out on shared devices.
Never share your full card number, CVV or a one-time code (OTP) in a chat, email or call. Payment links we send open your order on solukypet.com. If you receive anything suspicious, don't pay, and message us on WhatsApp +966 56 748 1781.
