Why subscriptions only take a card or Apple Pay
Subscribe & Save renews automatically on your saved payment method, so each box is paid on its renewal date without you having to check out again. STC Pay and Tabby can't be saved for automatic renewals, which is why they disappear from checkout as soon as your basket contains a subscription. Want to use them? Place a one-time order instead.
Why there is no cash on delivery
Every Soluky box is cooked to order and travels frozen. Once your payment goes through, your order goes straight into our kitchen and then onto a temperature-controlled vehicle. Paying online means your food can be prepared fresh for you and handed over quickly at your door, instead of waiting outside the freezer while payment is sorted out. It also means the courier never needs to carry change or a card machine.
Good to know
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and already include 15% VAT. See VAT and invoices.
- Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment gateway. See Is my payment secure?.
- Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
Paying with a card issued outside Saudi Arabia? Some foreign cards are declined. A Saudi-issued card, or Apple Pay with a Saudi card, usually works best. More in My payment failed.
