How to order
- Email [email protected] with your country, your pet (dog or cat) and what you'd like. Not sure? Tell us about your pet and we'll suggest a starting order.
- Our team replies with the special GCC rate and arranges your order with you by email.
- We bring your order to our pick-up point in Dammam. There's no delivery fee to the pick-up point.
- The team emails you the exact address and when your order is ready.
- You, or someone you arrange, collect it between 9am and 5pm, any day except Friday.

Please don't use the website checkout for GCC orders. It only delivers to addresses in Saudi Arabia.

Crossing the border
