Before you go
- Wait for the team's email confirming your order is ready.
- If someone else is collecting, tell the team their name in advance.
- Have your order details or the team's email to hand.
- Make space in your freezer at home before you collect.
Keeping it frozen on the way home
- Bring a cool box or insulated bag, ideally with ice packs.
- Keep it out of direct sun and in the cabin of the car if you can, not the boot.
- Head home directly and put everything in the freezer as soon as you arrive.
If some packs have started to soften by the time you get home, move them to the fridge and use them first, within 4 days. Never refreeze thawed food. See Refreezing and warming.
