We work with a pet nutritionist to ensure Soluky meals contain the best combination of protein, fruits, veggies, carbohydrates, healthy fats and calcium. For example, we use a high protein content of 65%, consistent with a dog’s biological and nutritional needs.

Feed grade is ultra processed. Our food is not ultra processed – it is human-grade food. In fact, we’ve eaten it ourselves! For example, we maintain a high meat content consistent with a dog’s nutritional needs of 65%. Many popular pet food brands are classed as feed grade – delivering more carbs than the dog’s needs and fillers with little nutritional value. Feed-grade meals may contain fillers, by-products, chemicals, and other ingredients that are not biologically appropriate for your pet.

Fresh pet food, especially ours at Soluky, is a premium pet product that ranks far higher than traditional ultra-processed feed grade like canned or kibble. The reason lies in the quality of ingredients and the production process.
Fresh dog food is made from natural ingredients and cooked at low temperatures to preserve its nutritional value. It’s essential to consider the long-term benefits of feeding your dog higher-quality food – savings can include lower medical bills and a reduced risk of age-related illnesses and conditions. Don’t forget: a healthy pet requires fewer visits to the vet!
Due to its high-volume processing and lower-grade ingredients, feed grade does not offer the same health and longevity benefits or protection.

Our ingredients are listed under each product so you can check if your pet has allergies or sensitivities towards any of them. We offer single-protein meals, so you can opt out of the proteins your pet is sensitive to.
However, we always recommend checking with your pet’s vet if you are unsure.

This means they may be easier for your pet to digest. It makes meals easier for pets with sensitive stomachs or other gastrointestinal issues. Some pets may be gluten-sensitive or gluten-intolerant, so we ensure our products don’t contain gluten.

Allowing your pet to transition from a 100% dry food diet to a Soluky fresh meal plan is a good idea. When transitioning your dog from dry to fresh food, follow these steps to ensure a smooth change:

• Day 1-2: Gradually transition by mixing 25% of the new fresh food with 75% of the old dry food for at least two days.
• Day 3-4: Increase the ratio by mixing 50% new food with 50% old for another two days.
• Day 5-6: Mix 75% new food with 25% old food for an additional two days.
• Day 7: Fully transition to Soluky and offer your dog 100% of the new fresh food after this gradual process.

Remember, every dog is unique, so monitor their response during the transition and adjust as needed!

If your dog has a sensitive stomach, it is wise to slow the transition process further to allow them a more measured time to adjust:

• Day 1-4: Begin by replacing up to 10% of your dog’s regular meal with Soluky, watching for any signs of digestive upset.
• Day 5-7: Increase to 25% Soluky at mealtimes, monitoring closely for adverse reactions.
• Day 8-10: Move to 50% Soluky, taking note of any changes in stool, energy levels, or appetite.
• Day 11-14: Now 75% Soluky, continuing to assess how your dog’s transition.
• Day 15 and beyond: By now, your dog should be fully acclimatized to his Soluky diet!

If digestive issues arise during the transition, revert to the previous step and try again.

We offer delivery service in Riyadh, Western, and Eastern regions. If you’re outside our area of coverage, please register your interest with us by contacting support@solukypet.com.

We currently deliver to Riyadh every Friday. For Jeddah, deliveries are made on Sunday or Wednesday, depending on your order date. In Dammam/Alkhobar, deliveries are scheduled for Monday.

Our courier will contact you before delivery to help you arrange for someone to be home to receive your Soluky delivery.

Soluky meals are prepared and cooked fresh, then frozen for your convenience. We work with delivery partners that use temperature-controlled vans with cold storage to ensure your food arrives in optimal condition. We suggest defrosting your pet’s Soluky meal 24 hours before serving. The meal should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within two days. Do not store unopened meals in the fridge for more than four days.

After you create an account and enter your dog’s information, including age, weight, and activity level, we will provide you with your dog’s recommended daily amount and monthly cost. After you apply for a monthly subscription, you will receive weekly freshly cooked, frozen meals delivered to your door.

Yes, we do. However, the goal of Soluky is to optimize your dog’s health over time, so to notice a positive change, we recommend a monthly subscription plan.
