With our subscription service, you can customize your pet’s food and have it delivered right to your door regularly and hassle-free. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to create and manage your subscription.
Start by clicking on the Build My Box option in the menu or Start Here. This will generate a pop-up window that allows you to calculate the feeding recommendation for your pet.
Next, you’ll be prompted to fill in details about your pet. This information helps us make tailored recommendations for the amount of food your pet should eat each month, ensuring they receive the proper nutrition. You can also add additional pets.
Once you submit your pet’s details, you’ll receive personalized food recommendations. Feel free to adjust the quantities to suit your pet’s needs and don’t forget to add tasty treats! Additionally, select the delivery frequency that works best for you. Keep in mind that payments will be automatically deducted with each delivery. You can choose between subscribing or making a one-time purchase.
When you’re satisfied with your selections, proceed to the Checkout page. Fill in all the necessary details, including your shipping address and payment information, to complete your order.
Managing your subscription is easy and convenient! Here’s how:
Log into your account and navigate to the My Account page. Here, you’ll find all the actions related to your account, including your order history and subscription status. You can access your account from the links in the header or the footer of the website.
In the Orders tab, you can view all your past orders along with their current statuses. There’s also a Subscriptions tab where you can manage all aspects of your subscription.
Within the Subscriptions tab, you can view each individual subscription. If you need to make changes, you can easily cancel a subscription or renew any that you’ve previously canceled.
